Early in 2003 its our understanding that one of the premier magazines in the field made a suggestion that all of those %$$&$#%)% X2F couplers developed by the NMRA be sent to Dean Freytag. Dean thought it was great 'phun and with the cooperation of some of his cronies and a few $$$'s produced the following photograph which certainly shows the absurdity of it all. Even with 3 husky brothers of the brush the Southern car shown wouldn't accept the biggest X2F anyone has ever seen.

The photo was duly presented to said magazine, but apparently for numerous reasons never made it to print - Recently the picture has been unearthed.  The brothers of the bush are in action and we felt our website friends would like to see the effort.
